Well, it's Halloween again.  That one day a year where girls can dress as slutty as they want and get away with it.  The day where leaving the house in something that you would normally wear for your significant other behind bedroom doors is common practice among ladies between the ages of 17 and 25.  LOL.  I love Halloween.  Just watch out for the guy that answers the door who has a crazy fetish for college girls in skimpy costumes.  You might wind up getting a Trick and a Treat...  ;-)

Most of the time I just give out candy and scare all the little kids, but this year I am actually dressing up and going out.  I don't know if I will get any candy, but hey...it's worth a try.  If i don't get any I will just head on down to Wal-Mart and pick up all the clearance Halloween candy that I can enjoy for the next month or so.  LOL.

Last night, I went for a ride to a little town called Wallingford.  The destination: a road which was barely wide enough for one car and filled with potholes.  The reason: this road was supposedly haunted.  Being that it is Halloween season, all of the ghost stories and urban legends start to surface so that people who are totally bored could try and witness the same myths and legends. 

Although I was not totally bored, I still wanted to see this "woman hitchhiker" or some ghosts because hey...who doesnt like ghosts from time to time?  They make excellent drinking buddies because they never steal your booze.  This road was like an old service road and halfway down it there was a house with one single light lit on the porch.  Was this light symbolic of something?  Does anyone live in that house?  Who knows.  All i know is that it didnt look like anyone was home in case we needed to stop in to change our drawers.  After about what seemed like 10 minutes we had gone as far as we could in our vehicles and pulled over to the side of the road.  The rest of the journey would have to be done on foot if we wanted to see what was down there.  This wasn't the night to be doing that though.  As for the lady hitchhiker...she must have bummed a ride from the group before us or decided to stay in because it was too damn cold out because she was nowhere to be found.  Maybe next time...

Who has ever gotten sick of the same damn categories when playing Scattergories?  I sure as hell have.  You get like 12 different lists and thats it.  How lame.  I will be posting in the upcoming weeks a few of my own add-on lists to a game I refer to as Skattergories.
