1. You see a mail truck coming down the street and wonder who stole it.
2. You wait until you build up enough energy before starting your daily chores.
3. You ask your friends if they own an untraceable cell phone.
4. You eagerly wait for new Limited Edition Loot to come out.
5. You have more than $500,000,000,000 in the bank.
6. You have tried to look up a Mafia Mike's near you on MapQuest.
7. You are driving through the city and spot a Prime Downtown Lot for sale.
8. You are wondering why there are only four boss fights.
9. You are always on the look out to Protect Your City from a Rival Family.
10. You have more than 1000 people in your mafia.

Buying Properties and Property Protection

It is best to buy properties in groups of 10 at a time in order to save a ton of money in the long run.

Also, remember that every 2 members of your mafia allows you to buy another Mafia Mike's which cannot be robbed and requires no upkeep fees. This can certainly add up when you have a mafia size of 500+.
